Miller said the letters of solidarity sent to the St Vincent and Grenadines Police Welfare Association show disrespect to the entire justice system in the country.
"I have also written to the president of the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police," Miller said, saying he had asked the two regional police welfare associations to apologise to him, High Court Judge Gertel Thom, the prime minister and Director of Public Prosecutions Colin Williams.
"I told them if I do not get the apologies then I will be seeking advice from the attorney-general as to my legal options."
Earlier this year, the police woman claimed that she was sexually assaulted by Gonsalves at his official residence on January 3.
But the DPP discontinued the case after finding that the charges would not stand up in a court.
Lawyers for the woman, however, filed for judicial review of the DPP's action but Justice Thom ruled in favour of the DPP.
The commissioner said that the matter was still making its way through the justice system, and should be treated in this way. (CMC)
