IT'S STALL OVER. After all of the festivities over the weekend, the dismantling work began for the rental companies that erected some of the tents and stalls on Spring Garden. MIDWEEK NATION caught them in action from as early as 8 a.m. and some of the vendors gave high praise to the Sanitation Service Authority for the quick clean-up of the area. "We are pleading with the operators of the stalls to remove everything that would have been part of the stall. Each year we have to remove the pallets that they stand on inside the stall and that creates major difficulties for us."
