Sir Ruel, who also took prizes for Best Performance and Best Rendition, rocked the massive crowd with A Party Song to win from AC and Jewel, who placed second and third respectively.
Sir Ruel, a favourite from the preliminaries, was in his last chance at a junior monarchy and decided on a different style. The student of the Learning Centre chose this time around to compete with the uptempo Stedson Wiltshire-penned A Party Song.
It was first time lucky for Myles Z, whose For Our Future put him ahead of Young G and Small One in that order. The ten-year-old also took the prize for Best Self-Penned Song.
Also in winner's row were Latifa (Best Self-Penned) and Candy Princess and Alesha
who were awarded prizes for Best HIV/AIDS Song in their age groups.
