A GIRL IN DEMAND. Bajan singing sensation Rihanna is quickly becoming the darling of the top media networks across the United States. After being on NBC's Today show in New York last Friday, the 18-year-old wondergirl whose sophomore album, A Girl Like Me, has just gone platinum (a million copies sold) in the United States since its April 25 release, was on two exclusive television shows yesterday. She performed onstage during MTV's Total Request Live and also gave a sultry rendition of her Ne-Yo-penned ballad, Unfaithful, on ABC Network's The View before an interview panel that included the legendary Barbara Walters of 60 Minutes fame.
