Even if the rider was trying to be creative, this was a dangerous plan that put four lives in danger. A skid on a wet part of the road, a bounce over a stone, an unexpected pothole or an equally adventurous motorist could have turned this ride into a tragedy.

And while all four arrived at their destinations safely, this improvised means of transport is not something worth emulating.
