Chief marketing officer Stephen Worme said in an interview this week it should be operating by the end of next year.

"We are right now evaluating the tenders for the [20 to 30 megawatt] gas turbine. The expectation is that it would be somewhere mid to the end of 2009; it's probably closer to the end of 2009. After the tenders are evaluated and the person is chosen, we will be then entering discussions to finalise contracts." (DS)
