Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Owen Arthur is scheduled to deliver his 13th Financial and Economic Policy Statement in the House of Assembly from 4 p.m.

The statement is expected to be carried "live" on radio and television.

The Opposition's Reply is slated for the same time tomorrow, following which a general debate will ensue and conclude on Friday. (AB)
