Q: Are you where you always wanted to be?

A: No, but I am heading in the right direction. I am constantly refining my goals.

Q: What is your biggest professional challenge?

A: Dealing with individuals who fail to recognise their potential and see suggestions on how they may improve themselves as being negative criticism.

Q: What is your biggest life challenge?

A: Endeavouring to be a better parent and compromising in situations where the other party has a less efficient or effective solution.

Q: When you look to the future, what do you see?

A: I see challenges that could be overcome if we curb greed and assist those less fortunate than ourselves.

Q: What is your favourite pastime?

A: Computer programming has always been my hobby since I was 13 years old.

Q: What is your favourite meal?

A: Anything that includes pork as the meat of choice.

Q: On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?

A: On my computer doing research or programming.

Q: What upsets you the most?

A: Inconsiderate, uncaring persons.

Q: What is your guiding philosophy?

A: Treat others as I would want to be treated if I were in the same situation.

Q: If you had a chance to run Barbados for a day, what would you do?

A: Legislate another 30 days for me to run Barbados.

Rid the public (and to a lesser extent the private) sector of ineffective managers who are unable to inspire their charges to perform better.
