GEORGETOWN, Guyana – Guyanese authorities say gunmen fired weapons and threw two Molotov cocktails into a government office in the capital.

Police say the Minister of Culture and Sports was attacked late Friday. The assailants also fired shots into a nearby hotel and diner.

Police said there were no arrests or injuries. (AP)
