Batting first, the tourists were bundled out cheaply for 154 in 42 overs and in response, the hosts cantered to 155 for six off 38.2 overs to level the series 1-1, after the opening fixture was rained out last Friday.
West Indies got off to a solid start with Kieran Powell and Adrian Barath posting 82 for the first wicket off just 67 balls, after they had won the toss.
Powell topscored with an attractive 44 from 40 balls with nine fours, while Barath struck 26 from 35 balls, with four boundaries.
When Powell fell, West Indies lost five wickets for 15 runs to slip to 97 for six in the 21st over, as left-arm spinner Suhrawadi Shuvo (3-4) and off-spinner Nasir Hossain (3-30) destroyed the middle order.
Thereafter, only captain Shamarh Brooks with an unbeaten 22 showed any fight as the Young Windies stumbled and stuttered
to their eventual total.
Medium pacer Rubel Hossain chipped in at the end to finish with two for 34.
In their turn at the wicket, Bangladesh got a half-century from Mohammed Nadimuddin who stroked an unbeaten 53 from 109 balls, as they overhauled their target comfortably.
Leg-spinner Shamarh Brooks finished with three for 30 to be the Young Windies' best bowler.
The series is in preparation for the ICC Youth World Cup later this month in Malaysia. (CMC)
