Q: Are you where you have always wanted to be in life?

A: Yes. I am ultimately the output of everything that I have done thus far. So, where I am now is exactly where I want to be. In five years’ time I may be in a different space, which will always be where I would want to be at that time.

Q: What is your biggest professional challenge?

A: Challenging myself to achieve or attain things

that are bigger than the last challenge that I had. For example, in a difficult economic environment, what’s the key to success?

Q: What is your biggest life challenge?

A: Finding a balance between personal, spiritual, work, financial and the physical aspects of my life. And making sure I attain that balance and then when I achieve it, how I maintain it.

Q: When you look to the future, what do you see?

A: I see things that I would want to create with my future. I dream out load and then I create them.

Q: What is your favourite pastime?

A: Spending time with loved ones. I like reading and I enjoy some sports.

Q: What is your favourite meal?

A: Trinidadian fish broth with red snapper.

Q: On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?

A: At home with my family.

Q: What upsets you the most?

A: Poor customer service. When people or customers are treated badly, it reflects poorly on the effort of everybody else in the work environment.

Q: What is your guiding philosophy?

A: Be present, seek abundance and embrace all that is around you, because you may not be here tomorrow.

Q: If you had a chance to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?

A: I would work to ensure that Barbadians understand the value of what they have. Barbados is a beautiful country and it’s blessed with a beautiful environment and a bright and hard-working people. I would work to remind them of that. Barbados is a gem, it’s a beautiful country that you have to treasure with all your heart.
