Things appear to be normal at the Alexandra School this morning for the return of the 30 plus striking teachers to school.
Several of the teachers were met by students with welcome hugs and smiles.
A beaming principal Jeff Broomes arrived just after the first bell at 8:30 a.m. and offered no comment.
Broomes was later seen in discussion just outside his office with Chief Education Officer Laurie King, deputy chief Joy Adamson and president of the parent teacher association Carl Benskin.
When Benskin took his leave he told reporters things appeared to be back to normal.

“Things appear to be normal at the Alexandra School this morning…” Really?????? The operative word here is “APPEAR”. Time will tell because I believe there is more condemnation to come because of the 30 plus striking teachers that received “FULL PAY” without any deductions. Stay tune!
