RESTIVE STAFFERS of the Barbados Community College (BCC) have to decide whether to attend a meeting with their bosses or their union today.
Each side in the industrial dispute between the college and the National Union of Public Workers (NUPW) has set a meeting at 11 a.m.
The impasse is over a number of lingering issues, including contracts for part-time staff, and safety and health.
The NUPW found itself being snubbed again yesterday by BCC management when union representatives turned up to address staffers and were forced to retreat to the gates of the Howells Cross Road, St Michael institution on finding the door to the auditorium closed.
