The curtain came down on the Republic Bank City Fest just after 10 p.m.
The 12-hour event ended with a concert entitled: Back to the Future of Folk which saw lively and energetic performances by James De Lovell, Haynesville Percussion Group, Mighty Gabby and Ponka.
The hundreds gathered utilised every vantage point at Heroes Square to get a glimpse of the action. The sweet sounds of steel pan and the tuk band echoed throughout the streets of Bridgetown.
Later performances from Mikey, Biggie Irie, Indrani and NexCyx band were also well-received. (TTY)
