Captain, this ship is sinking!
That could be the plea of a desperate wife who has been engaging in some devious schemes after finding out that her husband was cheating on her.
It seems she will go to great lengths to discredit her husband’s new girlfriend and make her life a living hell.
First, she rudely accosted the poor woman at a show, and then she resorted to sending her scandalous text messages from her husband’s cellphone, pretending to be him and telling the woman that he never wanted her and she doesn’t mean anything to him.
What she did not know was that her husband was going behind her back, crying and apologizing to his sidekick and letting her know that it was his deceitful wife who was sending the texts.
When she realized that the text messages were not working, she sent the poor woman a threatening legal letter and took her husband to the police to make a report saying that he felt threatened by the woman. Her friends want to know how a big, burly man like him could feel threatened by a woman who weighs less than 100 pounds. And why is it he did not feel threatened for all the months he was rolling around in the sack with her when his wife was overseas studying.
It is obvious that wifey intends to bring down this woman by getting her husband to assist her in her dirty deeds. One would have thought that by now she should be legally schooled to know that her actions are a waste of time. Instead of spending so much time, energy and money going after the poor woman, she needs to focus her attention on her husband, who was the one begging this woman to get involved with him and bad-talking his wife to her.
Vows at all costs
It seems that the chaotic wedding we told you about two weeks ago will definitely be taking place even though the bride and the groom are both dead broke.
From what we understand the wife was able to borrow a wedding gown from one of her friends and rush it to the laundry for an express dry-clean. The reception, which she had called off because she could not afford to pay for the venue, will now be held in her mother’s backyard.
Guests are wondering if the three vicious dogs her mother owns will also be in attendance. And her sister, who she does not even speak to, had to buy her wedding rings for her. It may be wise for her to get them tested because they might be gold filled ones. The groom-to-be is also doing his small part. He was walking around a few days ago trying to get top dollar for his BlackBerry phone to buy the drinks.
Pay not secured
This has been several weeks now that security officers working for a certain security firm have not received their salary.
Many of them were totally embarrassed when they went to the bank to cash their cheques and were told to carry them back to their employer because there was no money to pay.
Now management has finally confessed that they are having a cash flow problem and are offering the staff $250 for the time being.
Staff are understandably upset since they are still being called upon to work while they still have to pay their bills and meet other obligations.
Just like a ‘sissy’
It seems that a member of the “mothers union” at a certain depot is depressed because he did not get a transfer too.
For the past few weeks he has been staying in the office by himself eating breadfruit and salt fish instead of going out on the road and doing his duties.
The supervisors are obviously upset because he is not pulling his weight. Some are saying that he is behaving like a little sissy and should be sent packing.
