Yet another government agency coming with futuristic plans and promises for the consumer just before elections, as Goverment MPs scramble to save their seats. Who's next?

Where was the FTC over the past four years when Barbadians were crying out from under exorbitant and inflated electricity bills?

In politics there is a saying, make the people believe Government is acting in their best interest while nothing is actually being done and there is no specific time frame when it will happen.

We can see through this feeble attempt at trying to pacify the public at this late stage but it's not gonna work - not this time.
