Gaston quiets down

The system that became a tropical depression Wednesday morning and a tropical storm later the same day, then dropped back down to a depression has turned into a “remnant low.”
The National Hurricane Center said in its advisory this evening that Gaston would be on its last leg unless it regenerated. (PR)
