Government needs to check all this freeness. I visited one of these camps, and the director was quietly venting about the inappropriate dress, vulgar music, rudeness and lack of co-operation openly displayed by the children; I saw it for myself for the half an hour or so I was there. Many of our children have no limit and no respect...not sure I want my tax paying money to fund them to go to Summer Camp free.

The summer camp programme as currently instituted should be scrapped as it merely a drain on the budget.
