THE TWO MEN who were charged with the murder of Mark Walton will reappear in court on September 11.
Romario Antonio Clarke, 20, of Garden Land, Country Road, St Michael and Rashayne Aneil Blenman, 18, of Fitts Village, St James, appeared in the District D Magistrates Court today, jointly charged with murder.
They were not required to plead to the indictable offence and were remanded to HMP Dodds.
Clarke is also facing charges of serious bodily harm and unlawful use of a firearm in connection with the July 17 shooting of a man, as well as wounding, dating back to December last year.
He will reappear in the District A Magistrates Court tomorrow to answer those charges.
Both Clarke and Blenman were the subject of a wanted notice, but turned themselves in on Monday, accompanied by their respective lawyers.
Walton was shot and killed last week Monday in Fitts Village. According to police, initial investigations indicate he was at a bus shed in the area when he was accosted by two men. (PR/SAT)
