Owen Arthur on economy, union issues

Owen Arthur, former Prime Minister and currently the most senior member of Parliament and representative for the St Peter constituency, sat down today in a wide-ranging interview with Associate Editor Ricky Jordan.
During the interview, he shared his concerns for the Barbados economy and the recent trade union controversy.
