Owen: Shed light on Four Seasons

Opposition leader Owen Arthur wants the public to be told about the “large incomes” being paid to those involved in the still stalled Four Seasons development.
He’s also calling for full disclosure of other information that would enlighten Barbadians who are now in the dark about the project.
Arthur’s comments came a few days after executive chairman of Paradise Beach Limited, Professor Avinash Persaud, accused the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) of playing politics with the project.
Persaud’s accusation followed Arthur’s criticism of the $60 million which is to be invested by the National Insurance Scheme (NIS), even though the proposal was initially rejected by the NIS’ Investment Committee.
