THE ROYAL BARBADOS Police Force says it is continuing to make significant breakthroughs into recent cases of aggravated burglaries.

In a release issued today, public relations officer acting Assistant Superintendent David Welch said three people are currently assisting with investigations and a firearm and a quantity of ammunition have been recovered.

“We are continuing to investigate other street crime and will be relentless in our efforts to bring these perpetrators to justice.

“We remain committed in our fight against crime and look forward to working closer with the law abiding citizens of Barbados.  We endeavour to ensure that all persons feel secure when they move around especially as the yuletide season approaches,” the statement said. (PR/NB)
