Reactive win

Sampling the signature moves of previous winners, the Reactive Squad copped its own top prize at Community Dance Fest 2014, held on Tuesday evening at the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex.
Earning 953 points, the group was the one to beat, jumping way over the heads of nearest competition Multifarious, who scored 883 points. Third place went to Motivation dancers with 840 points.
OLOS, Base Control, ADL Adrenalin, Element and Xtra Hype also competed in the seniors.
In the junior category, SPS Dancers (Minute Squad) grabbed both the rapt attention of the audience and first place. The boys earned 882 points, while Praise Academy Of Dance: Promise were second with 861 points. St George Commanders were third with 709.
Also competing in the junior section were Grazettes Unique Dance Group, Northern Stars and Christ Church Girls’ Eagles. (LW)
