Second murder accused to appear in court

TWENTY-SIX-YEAR-OLD Dwaine Rowlston Leyland Simmonds, of Passage Gardens, Passage Road, St Michael, will appear in court today charged with murder in relation to the death of Darren Browne.

The 24-year-old of Coverley, Christ Church died from a suspected stab wound after being involved in an altercation which occurred around 12.30 am on August 30,2014, at Oistins, Christ Church.

Simmonds is expected to appear at the District “A” Magistrates’ Court.

Twenty-one-year-old Kadian Chase has also been charged with murder in relation to this investigation and is currently on remand. (PR/NB)
