MOTORISTS PASSING the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre (LESC) yesterday were given a surprise treat.
The staff of the Barbados Conference Services Ltd (BCS) distributed Easter treats, including hot cross buns and Easter eggs.
Revenue manager for BCS, La Toya Louizon, said they gave out at least 60 packets to motorists making their way along the road outside the LESC.
They also distributed flyers about what will be taking place at the centre for the next month.
Louizon said the effort was not a hard sales point, but to let people know it was still open since construction there led many people to believe the centre was closed. (LK)
