It is legally the duty of the Deputy to carry out and obey the commands of the Commissioner without the slightest hint of disobedience. Should he the (Deputy) find a reason to question the instructions of the Chief ,there is the chain of command to which he can forward his reason for questioning ( remember I said Questioning not Disobeying)in writing providing the Chief with a copy of his complaint to the Minister of Home affairs.The integrity and operation of any Military or Semimilitary body has to have a head and all under his command obey his instructions weather they are right,legal or otherwise. The Chief was chosen because it was decided that he is fit and proper to administer the force. When his contract expires the Minister has the right to terminate .Who then is the Deputy to question his authority?
