1:45 p.m. Monday Oct. 4 2010 – Heavy rains and flooding have caused some damage across Barbados today. Some roads are impassable to the high water levels and residents and motorists are urged to exercise caution. This area in Gibbs, St Peter was affected by the rains and wind.
