What is the Nation E-Paper?
The E-Paper is the exact digital replica of the printed newspaper. You will find all the stories, images, advertisements placed in the same position like in printed edition of the paper.
If I pay for the print edition, do I get the e-Edition as well?
Although the e-Paper is an exact digital replica of the printed newspaper, it is a separate product from the printed edition; therefore you will need to purchase a separate subscription to the e-Paper if you already receive the printed version.
What are the advantages/benefits of Nation e-Paper?
Nation E-Paper offers you the exact print edition in digital format. If you are travelling you can still read the newspaper online. All editions currently published are available as E-Paper. You get to read all the editions of the Nation on a single site. Some additional features like access to archives (up to the inception of the e-Paper), mailing, saving copy etc are also possible. You can also access the e-Paper from your IOS and android based devices.
How many times can I access the e-Edition each day?
Currently, you can access the e-Edition from up to three (3) devices each day. For example, you can log in from your work computer, your home laptop, and your smart phone. This is a great feature for families who have multiple people who need access to the news.
At what time will my e-Edition be delivered electronically?
Your electronic edition should be available by 4AM each day during your subscription via an email notification. If you do not receive your edition by 12PM, please let us know.
Does it matter whether I have broadband or a dial up internet connection?
No. A dial-up connection through a modem is a much slower connection speed and is not optimal for viewing the electronic edition. We strongly recommend using a broadband connection for the best connectivity and enjoyment for your subscription.
How do I access the Nation e-paper?
You can view the Nation ePaper as it was printed by clicking on the e-paper link in the main menu. You will need to subscribe to the service first.
Is the Nation e-paper free?
You will have to subscribe to view the Nation ePaper, but to test it out you can sign up for a free seven day trial of the service.
How do I register to Nation E-Paper?
It’s very simple.
• Click on ‘Subscribe Now’ on e-Paper information page (www.nationnews.com/epaper).
• Then choose your subscription level (1 Year, 6 Month, 3 Month etc.)
• Select ‘Checkout’ to begin your purchase.
• Use Register Account and fill out the registration form.
• Select ‘Confirm’ once you’ve entered your credit card details or if you simply decide to trial our service first.
• You will receive two emails, one containing access information (username and password) to the e-Paper along with an invoice of your purchase. Click on the link to go to your subscription.
Will I have to give my credit card details?
When you sign up for the free seven day trial you will not be asked to give any credit card details. If you decide to take up an ePaper subscription then you will need to make a payment, if you decide against it then the trial will end and no payment will be taken.
Is it easy to use?

What is The Archive?
E-Paper access to articles published in the Nation Newspaper since October 2011.
What if I want to find an article before October 2011?
Editions prior to October 2011 are not available at this time via the e-Paper.
What do I need to be able to use ePaper?
If you have PC: Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista Internet Explorer 6.0+ or Firefox 2.0+ or Netscape 7.2+ - with cookies enabled and a1024 x 768 (or higher) screen resolution. If you have a Mac: Mac OS X or better, Firefox 2.0+ or Netscape 7.2+ - with cookies enabled, 1024 x 768 (or higher) screen resolution.
How can I cancel?
We would hope that you wouldn’t want to cancel your subscription, but if you do you can cancel at any point by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
at least 7 business days prior to the expiry date of your subscription.
How do I change my username and password?
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to allow our users to change their usernames but once you have subscribed you can change your password by selecting “My Account” in the e-Paper interface and choosing ‘Change Password’ in the left menu.
I lost my password. How do I retrieve it?
There’s a forgotten password link located at the bottom of the login form of the ePaper login page. A new password will be emailed to you.
Will the e-Edition be sent to my inbox on a daily basis?
Yes. An email will be sent to your inbox informing you of when the day’s edition is ready to be viewed.
When I signed up and provided my email address, is that information being offered to any third parties?
No. This information is for internal use only.
