Eyes ahead!

PRIME MINISTER Freundel Stuart prefers to focus on getting his party back in office and letting Barbadians know about his Government’s record and not be distracted by a recent CADRES poll that says he is the least favoured to lead Barbados at this time.

Stuart said he was “not inflated by praise nor am I deflated by criticism. I receive both with phlegmatic serenity. I keep focus on the goal ahead, not only to the development of Barbados but the return of the Democratic Labour Party to office after the next general election whenever I decide to call it.

“That is where my gaze is focused. I will not be distracted by polls, even utility poles.”

He said the “author of the poll” Peter Wickham did not say anything that he was not saying “since 2000 on call in programmes or in the newspaper”.

Posted by yogi Ni 1 year ago: As we all know I am not a very smart person, but after reading this article I have asked myself if Prime Minister Stuart is HUMAN BEING or if he is from some other planet. A leader who is not moved by what people think or say about him is a very strange Human being. Any leader of people should know HUMILITY and clearly to my mind Prime Minister Stuart does not know such. I have had an experience in my life the that only person that could make it right Is Prime Minister Stuart. I have made all efforts to get a meeting to see him for over 14 months, the man did not even returned a call to me. Have been treated like a dog by his Office. But we all must remember that God give and he takes. I have supported the DLP from the time I was 14 years old, have worked for the Party without reward, because I never wanted any. I supported the DLP because I always thought it was the Party of the Masses, but my experience with this present administration has change my mind. And yes I am man enough to say what I have said above, because I am HUMAN and there are times when what people do and say do IMPACT ME. Sometimes what people do and say hurt deeply if you are HUMAN like most of us are. He who have eye let him see, he who have ears let him hear.

Posted by Pan Wallie 1 year ago: Funny! @ Tony Waterman, I smiled at it too, but I told myself that he would have to be signalling something to another officer somewhere, especially since his eyes appear to be focussed elsewhere.

Well @ Yogi, such is life on this little rock. Our problem is that we exhaulted them so high on a pedestal, that then they become unreachable, untouchable, immortal and invincible,or so they think. They don't have time for ya, and yet the rock seem to be backpeddling more than progressing.
If only we would exhault God the same way!!!
