PUDDING & SOUSE: Married to his own sister

A family scandal has rocked the solid relationship of a well-known married couple.

After being married for over 20 years, the husband and wife have recently discovered that they have the same father.

The shocking discovery has led to the husband moving out of the house while wifey has been seeking counselling from her priest.

Apparently, the wife’s long-lost father, who has been living overseas for several years, broke the news to them when he recently returned to Barbados and found out that his son-in-law was really his son from a secret relationship.

Relatives are now waiting to see if the once happy couple will be able to overlook this major revelation for their children’s sake or if they will go their separate ways.

Congregation blue

The once faithful followers of a certain church leader are planning to file a lawsuit against him to recover thousands of dollars they say he owes them.

Apparently, they are angry that after he abandoned them and left them to pay back a huge sum that the church had borrowed, he is now parading about investing in another major project, projected to cost millions.

Pudding & Souse understands that the group has already met with a high-level attorney and may even be considering filing an injunction to prevent the church leader from proceeding with his grand plans.

They are saying they will never forgive him for what he did.

Urban chaos

Instead of looking for a job to support her young children, a big-bottomed woman, who lives in an urban district, has started up a business in her home and her neighbours are not very happy about it.

From sunrise to sunset, men and women are constantly streaming in and out of her house in connection with gambling competitions.

The talk around the close-knit neighbourhood is that on weekends the stakes are even higher when strip poker is being played.

Residents are saying that this young woman should be ashamed to have such activities in the presence of her children. They say all she cares about is buying brand name clothes, wearing mock hair and bleaching her face.

The neighbours are planning to call in the Child Care Board and the police if this woman with a deep, husky voice does not clean up her act.

Changing times

Is the game coming to an end for a well-known married couple who both play a particular sport?

Teammates of the couple don’t seem to know if to cheer on the husband or the wife for passing the puck around.

For the time being, they are waiting to see who will score the winning goal. Stay tuned.

Losing it all

A certain well-known man seems not to be able to get out of the huge financial mess he has created for himself.

He not only has to pay back thousands of dollars he stole from a company he once worked for, but it seems that he is set to lose the big mansion he built.

Pudding & Souse was reliably informed that the mortgage company has finally brought a judgment against him.

Wait-and-see

People are waiting to see if a very high-profile woman will drop her husband’s name now that her divorce is final.

Even more to the point, they are wondering if she will let the public know that her career destroyed her marriage.

Posted by Susan Henry 3 months, 3 weeks ago: Too many Barbadian men have children all about and do not allow them to know one another. This will keep happening and it is a terrible thing for families. I know quite a few of them in the New York and Toronto area.
