Any profit this year for NCF (and Ministry of Tourism) will come from the locals, because most people are heading for the Olympics. Perhaps they should decrease the ticket costs so that more locals can come out to play.
Eventually NCF will see the need to stop and 'take stock' of it operation. Some how the current form of evaluation (if any) is not working. The thing needs a total revamp and first and foremost on the order should be the eradication of all the political interferers and deadheads still looking for a berry. The Foundation needs structure and standards and we have enough well qualified, independent, non partisan people in Barbados who can do the job.
