THE ROYAL BARBADOS Police Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing girl. She is Marriel Alexandria Collymore, 15, of Work Hall, St Philip.

The student of Ellerslie School left the home of her grandmother Aileen Collymore, of the same address, at about 8:50 a.m. on Sunday.

At the time she was wearing a blue and white top, long blue jeans pants and white sandals. Collymore is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, of slim build, light-brown complexion, with a round head, brown hair, brown eyes, oval face, round forehead, small pointed nose, square shoulders and small ears pieced twice.

She has an erect appearance, soft voice, pleasant manner and wears spectacles.  Anyone who may have information concerning the whereabouts of Collymore is asked to contact the District “C” Police Station at telephone numbers 416-8200/8201; via the emergency number 211; or the nearest police station.(PR)

I honestly I hope that she returns home soon .
An observation of mine. Has other persons also recognised that most teens especialy girls go missing weekends Of "hyped " events ?Is this because some of them know the answer from their parents or guardians will be No if asked to go? Therefore they take matters into their own hands .
What peeves me is that when they return home you hardly ever see it in the news papers or on the radio.
Just wondering .
