Top performers in 11-Plus exam

Two private Christian schools have topped all primary schools in this year’s Barbados Secondary School Entrance Examination (BSSE), more commonly known as Common Entrance.
Brianna Williams of the People’s Cathedral Primary School with an overall score of 250.51 and Zerayaicob Yaicob of The Rock Christian School, who scored 248.39, are the top scoring girl and boy respectively. They have both been assigned places at Harrison College.
The top ten performers for  2013 are as follows: Brianna Williams of People’s Cathedral (Harrison College); Kaylee Hodgkinson of St Winifred’s (Harrison College); Alyssa Mahon of Trinity Academy (Queen’s College); Kaleah Hall of Blackman and Gollop (The St Michael); Danielia Sandiford of Wilkie Cumberbatch (Queen’s College); Zerayaicob  Yaicob of The Rock Christian School (Harrison College); Jakeem Hall of St Margaret’s Primary (Queen’s College); Ariana Layne of Charles F Broome (Harrison College); Zach Drayton of St Cyprian’s (Harrison College) and Ayshaa Bhana of Al Falah (Harrison College).
