I RECENTLY lost my job and now my friends seem to have disappeared too.

If you're right, then they clearly weren't the friends you thought they were.

Real friends would be supporting you. Real friends would be phoning you, doing their best to boost your spirit and helping to keep you positive.

Right now you're feeling understandably vulnerable and saddened by the loss of your job.

You really need the support of friends and I would suggest you give them a call and invite them over for a chat.

The response you get to this will tell you whether they are true friends or not.

I hope they are but if they are not and it hurts, try to overcome the pain inflicted.

They are not worth it. My wish for you is that you will find another job very soon. – CHRISTINE
