The second edition of the Career and Life Management (CALM) programme got under way at the Parkinson Memorial Secondary School this afternoon.

Forty returning fifth year students are participating in the school employability training programme, which is a joint effort between the school and the Pinelands Creative Workshop, through its training division the Marcus Garvey Resource and Development Centre.

During the launch in the school’s library, chief executive officer of Pinelands Rodney Grant encouraged the youngsters to be careful of the choices they make, because they will impact on their future. (YB)
