THE STALLED CLICO/National Housing Corporation (NHC) $12 million housing project in Constant, St George, will get rolling soon, “one way or another”.
Minister of Housing Denis Kellman gave this assurance, saying the project was too important to Barbados to remain unfinished five years after its launch.
“The board of the National Housing Corporation will meet shortly and make a decision on the project,” Kellman told the DAILY NATION.
“But, one way or another, we have to move on with the project. It has been sitting idle for too long. They [CLICO] have to move it forward or we have to move it forward ourselves.”
