Drug accused granted bail

Drug accused Tedroy Henderson Glenfield Gittens was granted $9 000 bail with one surety when he appeared in court today.

The 46-year-old of Military Road, Bush Hall, St Michael was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to supply, trafficking of cannabis, unlawful possession of cocaine, unlawful possession of cocaine with intent to supply, trafficking of cocaine, unlawful possession of ecstasy and possession of apparatus.

He pleaded not guilty to the offences before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court.

Gittens is expected to reappear in court on March 15, 2018. As part of his bail conditions, he is required to report to the District “A” Police Station every Thursday before noon. (PR/NB)
