GALL HILL had a golden chance to upset leaders Barbados Defence Force (BDF) but squandered a two-goal advantage and had to settle for a 2-2 draw in their Digicel Premier League clash at the Wildey Football AstroTurf on Sunday night.
The result left BDF with a three-point lead at the top of the standings on 31 points.
Second are Mackeson Brittons Hill on 28 and third are Weymouth Wales who defeated DirecTV Paradise 2-1 to join Claytons Kola Tonic Notre Dame on 24 points.
In the relegation battle, Families First St John Sonnets virtually sealed the fate of Youth Milan with a 2-1 win as Jason King converted two penalties.
It was Sonnets’ second straight victory and carried them to 10 points, one more than Milan but both teams will still be hard-pressed to avoid being demoted.
