"Understand that labour has given you nothing new. Do not be afraid of change."

That is the simple message from United Progressive Party candidate for Christ Church East Central Ogeji Dottin delivered to residents of St Stephens Hill as he spoke during a spot meeting tonight.

Dottin said labour parties had done Barbados well over the years.

However, he said those institutions had now grown tired and as a result, it was time for change. (AD)
