Teens remanded

Seven teenagers, ranging in ages 13 to 16 will spend the next 28 days at the Government Industrial School and HMP Dodds after they confessed to a spate of robberies.

The seven were charged with one act of criminal damage, theft and three cases of burglary between May 21 and last Saturday.

Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant remanded them, after prosecutor Sergeant Cameron Gibbons objected to bail in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court earlier. (RA)
