West Indies won the toss and took the field on the first morning, bowling out Bangladesh for 43 before lunch.
Liton Das was the only double figure contributor with 25 runs.
Kemar Roach took five wickets for eight runs and Miguel Cummins and Jason Holder took three and two wickets, respectively.
