HEALING HERBS: Controlling bladder leaks

Consenting adults who have enjoyable sexual intercourse often make statements about their passionate love sessions to close friends. You know them because they are very radiant, extremely bubbly and make the atmosphere glow.
I hope I fall into that category.
Conversely, people who lack healthy sexual intercourse may complain. These complaints are often uttered because of a personal challenge. One of these challenges is urinary incontinence, which is defined as involuntary leakage of urine.
It is a very frustrating, depressing problem. Incontinent people often shy away from sexual intercourse. However, they must not give up. In fact, they can take steps to improve or treat this condition and silent doctors are available for healing.
The first step is to recognize that the condition is real and seek professional assistance. Personally, wearing adult pampers and sanitary napkins will not solve the problem.
It is also important to pray as you walk through the experience with confidence. Many people had this condition but because they implemented positive practice, their sex life has resumed.
Foods that should be avoided are sugar, alcohol, spicy foods, fizzy drinks, citrus and cranberry juices, chocolate, caffeine and some prescription medications. Quitting smoking is also a positive option.
By commencing Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and staying hydrated by consuming enough water, you can train the bladder. Consume more foods containing magnesium, including pumpkin seeds, avocado, bananas, brown rice, dark green leafy vegetables and dried fruit. Enjoy the sunlight to get large doses of vitamin D and keep fit.
Research shows that silent doctors corn silk, parsley, lemon balm, dandelion and thyme can be considered. Corn silk is the grass-like “hair” that surrounds an ear of corn. It is often used to treat bed-wetting, flush toxins from the urinary tract and strengthen the bladder. Avoid discarding your corn silk.
Parsley can be used to calm the body and lessen nervous tension. Lemon balm is also useful to calm nervousness and this can have a calming effect on the bladder.
Dandelion can cleanse the excretory system and remove toxins from the body. An external stomach bath which includes thyme and soursop leaves will prove effective. You can also massage the stomach with an oil made from soursop leaves.
Life is full of surprises and our Creator is a problem-solver. So I implore you to seek treatment and get back into the world of sex where happiness awaits you.
