Shipshape lifeguard recruits

AT THE WEEKEND, recruits for the Barbados Lifeguard 2013 training course were going through some training pacesĀ  at Accra Beach.
Sixteen recruits are enrolled in the 12-week programme, which is now midway.
The recruits did some theory in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as well as physicals.
Instructor Christopher Gajadhar said the recruits had a one-mile endurance swim and would later do physicals. Ā
