WEST INDIES WOMEN have won their second match at the ICC World T20 Cricket Championships in Bangladesh.
Their latest victim was the home side Bangladesh, which fell by 36 runs. In making her return to the team after being disciplined, Deandra Dottin once again topscored with 34 runs from the team’s low score of 115.
But it was enough, as spinners Shaquana Quintyne and Anisa Mohammed combined to take five wickets and medium quick Tremaine Smartt two, as Bangladesh crumbled for 79. (SAT)
