NOT THIS MONTH.

EMPLOYEES OF THE Barbados Water Authority (BWA) will have to wait a little longer before money owed starts flowing for both weekly and monthly paid staff.

A well placed official at the BWA informed the MIDWEEK NATION yesterday that a letter was circulated to staff apologising for the delay.

“Payment of the increments, it is expected, will now be given next month,” the official added.

The money, which is expected to run into millions of dollars, will cover increments owed for a number of years. (ES)
