A DOG ATTACK has left a St George farmer counting his losses and unsure of the future.
Elvis Murray, of Flat Rock, lost his prized Angus cross cow after a vicious dog attack on Friday. He said it was worth thousands of dollars and, to make matters worse, was with calf.
“I came out this morning to feed the cows and I saw they had popped their ropes and were in a group. Then I saw four of them lying down separate,” he said.
These four were the most severely injured, but when Murray went to inspect them, he heard a menacing sound. (CA)
