For the third time in as many years, Green House are the champions of the Queen’s College Inter-House Track and Field Championships.
Spurred by the likes of victrix ludorum Christanna McConney, Kiara Maynard and Crystal Holder at the National Stadium, Green amassed 1048 points to build on their lunch-time lead.
Purple House made a big jump in the afternoon session, moving from fourth to second with 981.5 points. They were followed by Orange (951) who slipped to third, Yellow (823.5), Blue (724) and Red with 644.
Dario Scantlebury of Purple House was the victor ludorum with 81 points, competing in almost all of the events.
Meanwhile, bragging rights for the Division One boys’ sprints will be shared. Raphael Jordan of Purple won the 100 metres, while Ken Mason of Blue House took the 200 metres.
