SILVER OUTSHONE everything at the NIFCA Gala last Sunday night with more than half of the performances being awarded that prize. Patrons at the Gymnasium of the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex were treated to 21 pieces of the best of what the NIFCA Finals had to offer in music, dance, drama, speech and the literary arts. Five specks of gold shone through the silver-plated mix, with two of the night’s outstanding pieces, in Hers-Tory and This Body Is Not Mine, being awarded that top prize.
