THE EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS TRIBUNAL will be sitting down today to plan the way forward for the cases on its desk.
New chairman, attorney at law Hal Gollop, QC, said the matter involving the retrenched National Conservation Commission workers would be considered along with the others.
Gollop told the MIDWEEK NATION the tribunal had not yet started hearing cases but was scheduled to have its first planning meeting today.
“We plan to go through all the legislation that regulates the business of the tribunal and set up a proper framework, because the tribunal is given the latitude to set its own procedures. (HLE)
