Danger above!

The building that once housed the St Peter Post Office and Branch Library in Speightstown is literally falling to pieces, thereby posing a danger to passing pedestrians and motorists.
The disused building has deteriorated considerably over the years and bits of its walls are falling off. Recently, a piece fell onto a passing truck. Luckily, no one was injured.
A Please Drive With Caution sign and some caution tape have been placed in the road near the building.
When contacted, a supervisor at the Ministry of Transport and Works Jerusalem depot in St Peter, said the sign and caution tape were put in place as a result of a report to the depot, but no other reports had been received.
DAILY NATION investigations revealed the building is owned by the Barbados Tourism Investment Inc. (BTI).
